Vinification:
grapes are selected with great care and are manually placed on trellises to dry until the end of December, when they are pressed. The must is poured into traditional barriques, with a capacity between one and five litres, where it undergoes the long, slow fermentation process for the next five years. Finally it is filtered and bottled
Taste:
full, very persistent with notes of walnuts and almonds
