The group Sauces and Preserves includes tomato puree, tomato sauces, creams, patés and pickled vegetables.

"Pasta asciutta" is probably the Italian dish par excellence: simple, tasty, exquisite. Flavoured tomato sauces represent an appetising alternative to the classic "pasta asciutta", because of the addition of intense flavours like hot pepper, strong ricotta cheese, arugola and so on. Creams and patés can be added to your pasta dishes or simply on enjoyed a hot bruschetta to feel their velvet, intense taste. And finally our pickled vegetables, a true Italian taste experience: you can try them on canapès or bruschetta, you can sauté them in a pasta dish or use them raw as a side dish or on your salad.
